What happens after I order the test?

When we receive your order we will arrange to have a sample collection pack sent out to you.

Is the sample stable during transport?

Yes. We add a small amount of preservative to each sample tube which will aid stability during transport.

How long does the test take?

From receiving your sample we will normally have the results back to you in 15 working days. If for some reason we cannot achieve this we will keep you informed of the delay.

How will I get the results?

In most cases the results will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you do not have the means to receive emails then the results can be posted out to you.

Will I get information on what the results mean?

We do not give medical advice but will help you interpret the results and advise on the next possible course of action.
