Alongside a brewing company who both specialise in the analysis of drinks for the brewing industry (beers, wines & spirits) and the production of specialist beers, we continue a business relationship looking at how chemical analysis can ensure the safety of drinks brought to market and improve the taste experience of such beverages.

The various analytical techniques available at Analutos (liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, other various wet chemistry techniques) offer a window on the contents of various types of alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks, particularly with the rise of new products often including multiple added ingredients to appeal to an ever-changing market.
