Brief

Analutos has a long-standing interest in how different types of milk, based on the type of protein it contains, may have different effects on health and wellbeing. Based on a growing body of scientific evidence detailing how different breeds of cow may produce different types of milk based on the predominant presence of a1 or a2 beta-casein protein, Analutos working with partners, has developed a test to reliably ascertain the relative proportions of a1 and a2 beta-casein in milk and milk powder samples.

Details

Using our q-ToF mass spectrometer, which offers accurate and reliable results, we can profile milk and milk powder samples on the basis of their relative a1 and a2 beta-casein protein content.
